Delivery & Collection Times
Please note, for outdoor hires;
Our standard Delivery Times are anytime between 8am and 12pm, and our standard Collection Times are anytime between 4pm and 7pm.
If you require a specific delivery or collection time please select it as an option when booking.
Due to the logistics of us having to deliver or collect outside of our normal planned routes or timings, there are surcharges to guarantee a specific delivery or collection time.
The current surcharges are:
- Delivery at or before 8am - £15
- Delivery at or before 9am - £10
- Delivery at or before 10am - £10
- Delivery at or before 11am £10
- Anytime at or before 12pm - No additional fee.
- Collection no earlier than 7pm - £20
- Collection no earlier than 6pm - £15
- Collection no earlier than 5pm - £10
- Anytime after 4pm - No additional fee.
Overnight hire - additional £30. (Collected anytime between 8am-1pm the following day).
