We are so impressed with our recent hire from St Ives Bouncy Castle Hire. From the minute I phoned up, unsure what I really wanted, their professional and friendly advice helped me select the right bouncy castle for our party. And it was awesome! Delivery was prompt, set up was so friendly, safety briefing was paramount and professional and collection went without a hitch. These guys are brilliant. We won't be going anywhere else if we ever hire another bouncy castle.

We have used St Ives Bouncy castle now 2 years running and couldn’t more happy with the service we received. On both occasions John Came round to measure beforehand to check out garden was big enough which was really helpful. This time round we had the bouncy castle for the whole weekend and so glad we did our daughter had so much fun and the whole process due to following all the COVID restrictions was highly adhered to and made us feel very comfortable. This is the best place to hire bouncy castles from. Not only do they have a great range but their customer service is outstanding. Safety is their number one priority and everything is done extremely professionally. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. The prices are also excellent value especially for the level of expertise you get. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

St Ives Bouncy Castle and soft play hire are simply awesome. They take the safety of the children who use their equipment as seriously as if they were their own children. They clean and maintain their castles like no one else I've experienced and the amount of time you have access to the castles gives such value to a hire. They are kind and friendly people and I would recommend them time and again.
